长期致力于版画的国际国内交流与推广，作品被中国美术馆等多家权威艺术机构收藏。

策划观澜国际版画双年展、中国版画艺术节，中国版画大展，灵石国际版画双年展，中国青年版画邀请展、2011中国版画年展、江南国际版画艺术节，首届青岛国际青年版画邀请展等多个国内、国际艺术项目。除策展外康剑飞更以多种媒介参与当代艺术创作，强调艺术应与当下社会发生关联，近年来康剑飞在世界范围发起的版画漂流计划便是艺术与社会有机结合的成功案例。
